Paul Charles Bailey

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Paul Charles Bailey, who went to be with the Lord on December 3, 2025, at his home in Grand Ledge, surrounded by his loving family. Born on August 10, 1960, in Lansing, Michigan, Paul was a beacon of joy and laughter throughout his life. He was the cherished son of the late Milton and Violet (Morris) Bailey and a proud graduate of Lansing Christian High School, Class of 1978. He furthered his education by earning a Bachelor's Degree from Spring Arbor University. Throughout his career as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, Paul thrived. His outgoing personality and natural ability to connect with others made him a standout in his field. He carried a wonderful sense of humor that brought smiles to the faces of everyone around him, creating lasting memories that his family and friends will cherish. Paul had a deep love for the outdoors, spending joyful hours hunting, fishing, and playing golf. However, nothing was more important to him than his family. He is survived by his devoted wife of twenty-five years, Diane (Blackshaw) Bailey, and their children: daughter Amanda (Jeff) Wortley, son Ian (Ashley) McVaugh-Bailey, along with his son Adam (Amber) Bailey. He was the proud grandfather of Abigail and Jensen Wortley, Grant and Maverick McVaugh-Bailey, as well as Mason, Ryder, Vickie, Aria, and Freya Bailey. Paul is also survived by brother-in-law, Robert (Michelle) Blackshaw; sister-in-law, Julie (Shawn) Williams; nieces and nephews, Katie (Kyle) Ingraham, Brittany (James) Babiasz, Bobby Blackshaw, Savannah (Easton) Wallace, and Grace Williams; great nieces and nephews, Wesley and Violet Ingraham, Brielle and Beau Babiasz and many other family members who adored him. Paul was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters, Janice Graebner and Becky Wagner. To honor Paul's remarkable life, a memorial service will be held on December 12, 2025, at 4:00 PM at Holihan-Atkin-Barclay Funeral Home, Grand Ledge, with visitation prior from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
